We do what we do as missionaries supported by people like you.

We also prefer to give away as much content as we can, and not cloud that issue with a lot of public requests. That said, we do have specific needs that are met by people who believe the work we do has value.

A big big week.

The Compound is bustling with activity this week as we prepare for a long-awaited event – Jackson is graduating from high school!

It’s busy, but it’s been fun.  In preparing for the big event, we’ve gotten lost in going through family photos and I’ve found myself in more than one late night kitchen talk with The Boy…and admitting to myself he’s not a boy any longer.

To say that it’s fun to have Jackson around is an understatement of gargantuan scale.  He’s creative (see thejacksonchannel.tv if you need further proof), encouraging, and a phenomenal older brother to the tribe.  I’m sure there’s at least one more post coming in the next week once the craziness is over, but I wanted to shout it out early…

Jackson, we’re proud of you!

  1. We’ve got 16 years before we even see the day Josiah graduates high school. I have no idea how I’m going to handle it, but I’m pretty sure I’ll be crying most of the time. Congrats Jackson!
