We do what we do as missionaries supported by people like you.

We also prefer to give away as much content as we can, and not cloud that issue with a lot of public requests. That said, we do have specific needs that are met by people who believe the work we do has value.

If you'd like a short list of immediate financial needs, you can find it HERE.

Randomonium – Birthday Edition

  • Saturday is my beautiful wife’s birthday. Hence, she is awarded with an honorary Randomonium edition title.  Don’t worry, I’ll make sure she gets more than that.
  • When you have children, you find all sorts of things in your Timbuk2. This morning, I found WALL-E.  And a secondary shout out to the good brother who mailed me this Timbuk2 last week – it looks suspiciously like the one that fell off the roof of the Suburban almost two years ago but I’m pretty sure it’s not.
  • New online adoption magazine – Weaving Families – is now available free for your perusal! Brought to you by R.J. Caswell from Weaving Families Adoption Ministry, you’ll find all sorts of helpful articles and adoption resources.  This is their inaugural edition – well done, guys!
  • Help!  Ok, there, I said it. As most of you know, we’re about a month away from having a baby.  As most of you don’t know, we’re still not settled into The Compound in a proper way.  We have a half dozen one-day (or less) projects that need to be done so that proper nesting can take place.    We’re planning a Work Weekend on Friday, June 12 / Saturday, June 13. We need people will all sorts of skills (and no skills…) so if you can give us a couple of hours Friday afternoon or Saturday, shoot me a holla via email and I’ll send you a task list to see if there’s a fit.    We will provide all supplies, liquid refreshment, a big cookout late Saturday afternoon, and an endless amount of things to tell your friends when you get home (’cause that’s how we roll…).   Again – email me and I’ll send you the 411.
