We do what we do as missionaries supported by people like you.

We also prefer to give away as much content as we can, and not cloud that issue with a lot of public requests. That said, we do have specific needs that are met by people who believe the work we do has value.

If you'd like a short list of immediate financial needs, you can find it HERE.

    Thanks!

Not a pretty sight.

We took Grayson, Zion and Zoe to the pool tonight, where they encountered their first Speedo. It probably goes without saying that it was not pretty.

Zoe was oblivious, of course, Grayson saw it and diverted his eyes. Zion, not quite yet as self-aware as Grayson, loudly announced in a dry manner, “That guy’s in his undies….”.

Fortunately, I think the guy didn’t speak english. My guess is no one who speaks english would wear a speedo in Kansas City.

The whole incident reminded me of an old Kenwood Car Stereo advertising slogan….”Just because it fits doesn’t mean it’s a good idea.”

  1. There’s a commercial in NZ that shows a guy in a skimpy swimsuit getting out of the ocean, walking on the beach while this chant is going togs, togs, togs, togs, togs, togs, togs and then he walks into the city and the chant changes to knickers, knickers, knickers, knickers, knickers…. (togs are a swimsuit, knickers are underware) I don’t remember the product they are advertising. I’m not sure it matters.
